Our database holds information regarding genes and literature related to
mammalian reproduction.
Currently we have specialized in M. musculus genes and related literature,
but in the future we intend to gather data and resources concerning
other species as well.
You can search the database for gene expression profiles
and knockout and mutant phenotypes. We have expression profiles for
male mouse germ cell subtypes, male and female developmental stages, and the
mouse epididymis.
Ultimately, the usefulness of this webpage will depend on
user submissions. We encourage
users to submit articles to the database.
This feature is designed to aid in keeping researchers and other interested parties abreast of the literature in their field. With this feature, you can enter a search phrase identical to one you would enter into PubMed's normal search facility. The search is repeatedly carried out at a frequency of your choosing, and any results that have appeared during the time between searches are emailed to you. In this way, you are notified of articles shortly after they appear in PubMed. There is no current limit to the number of searches you may request.
This page contains links to other genetics websites. In addition, there is a page for other researcher's pages, and we invite you to add your page to our list by clicking here. And finally, we have a mailing list set up for mammalian reproductive discussions, which you can subscribe to here.
We welcome feedback and encourage users' comments. Please let us know if there is a feature you would like to see, or if we can improve an existing feature.
